March Madness: Dealers Congress Giveaway – Official Rules
Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Garden Light LED and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Entering the contest does not require a purchase, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on April 2, 2024, at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ending April 7, 2024, at 8:00 PM EST. All online entries must be received by April 7, 2024, at 8:00 PM EST.
How to Enter: You can enter the contest during the Contest Period by submitting the form provided online or by email. Only one entry per contestant will be used in the drawing.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about April 8, 2024. The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided with the entry within three days of the drawing. Garden Light LED’s decision as to the administration and operation of the contest and the selection of the winner is final and binding. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the required time period, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Prize: The winner will receive one (!) free ticket to the Dealers Congress in Tampa on May 14-15, 2024. This includes entry to the bootcamp, hotel, and meals within the event. Travel and other spending are not included. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
Terms & Conditions: Garden Light LED reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Garden Light LED’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. Garden Light LED reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Garden Light LED from any liability arising from participating in the contest or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize.
Publicity: By entering, participants grant Garden Light LED the right to use their names, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. If the winner fails to comply with these official rules, their prize may be forfeited.
Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these official rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Garden Light LED Contest, 6112 Benjamin Rd., Tampa, FL 33634. Requests must be received no later than one month after the Contest Period ends.
