Customer Relations Specialist

Summary: Garden Light LED is an innovative LED lighting manufacturer located in Tampa, Florida. We are seeking an intelligent, self–motivated individual that knows how to communicate confidently on the phone and is looking to advance and grow with a successful team. This is a W-2, Full-Time position that includes a Comprehensive Compensation Package. This position will work directly with our National Sales Manager who has 18+ industry experience, our five regional territory managers who have a combined tenure with Garden Light LED of 40+ years, Sales Assistant, Marketing Director and Warranty Department to deliver World-Class service to our clients; Our customers include professional landscape lighting companies, lighting designers, architects, and specifiers, and A/V lighting Reps. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer focus
  • Service house accounts
  • Verify and update Company contacts in Method, HubSpot
  • Maintain and create reports in CRM to ensure customer retention and service
  • Provide high-quality customer service and communication regarding warranty
  • Liaison between customers, warranty and Sales Department
  • Work with mentor team to help learn the lighting business
  • Support lead management and conversion
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments in coordination with sales team according to the National Manager travel schedule and set timely and appropriate appointments 
  • Follow Garden Light LED defined sales process to move prospective customers from initial contact through purchase and implementation.
  • Assist with regional event coordination, tradeshows, generating traffic with the local markets
  • Prepare Media Kits, sales and demo kits, other marketing collateral, in response to leads and at the direction of the sales representative

DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:      

  • Interact with Contractors, Architects & Specifiers, Lighting Designers and other verticals regarding LED lighting products and services
  • Call on house accounts, prospective clients, determine the decision maker and turn over to appropriate Sales Representative
  • Engage in friendly open dialogue with existing and potential customers
  • Learn all sales techniques including but not limited to scripts, overcoming objectives, rebuttals and how to effectively build rapport with customers
  • Be responsible for full comprehension of all products, design, installation and policies before presenting
  • Maintain working knowledge of and adhere to all sales, customers service, and quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Data accuracy – Input and verify all contact information is correct before turning over lead
  • Represent Garden Light LED in a professional and courteous manner
  • Emphasis on customer service and ability to take orders and solve problems
  • Assist Sales Assistant with creating materials, phone calls, emails and orders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales support Company Sales and Marketing Departments. Working directly with the National Sales Director, Territory Managers customers/Partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the internal sales team and external National Sales Director
  • Order entry, fulfillment, including coordinating and tracking orders
  • Verify account information in QB and HubSpot
  • Cold calling and related activities
  • Prospect in underrepresented markets, identify key players within those markets to introducing Garden Light LED.
  • Qualify and assign leads to Territory Manager

Our Customer Service Order Specialist is responsible for providing our clients with an outstanding telephone or in-person experience. This position encompasses clerical support to sales and marketing teams as well as working with sales, shipping, production, and warranty teams. It requires the right combination of phone skills, multitasking, and respect for the client. Often the first point of contact for our clients, this position plays a vital role in determining our client’s satisfaction. Video/Social Media Specialist

Responsible for creating & cultivating online video and communications, representing a strong, consistent brand across social platforms. This role will also oversee the creation of email marketing content and HubSpot reporting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create engaging video content and imagery that represent the Company products, services, installation technics, lighting design, and customer experience.  
  • Generating compelling content through video and image curation for social media, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare, schedule, and post approved content for multiple social networks one month in advance.
  • Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs.
  • Performing social media and email audits to analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Creating captions and researching industry hashtags to increase organic social media reach.
  • Identifying current market and consumer trends and optimizing content based on relevance.
  • Own video strategy, including YouTube optimization and analytics.
