In the event of a warranty claim or repair request, please follow these steps to quickly expedite the process.

Step 1: Complete the Return Materials Authorization Form. Your request will be reviewed quickly and you will receive an RMA # and Return Shipping Label via email.

Step 2: Prepare for shipping the return materials in accordance with the Return Materials Packing Guidelines and attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the box/es.

***Make sure your RMA# is displayed clearly on the outside of the package & written on a separate blank piece of paper placed inside each package.

Step 3: You will be notified via email when your materials are received. A Service Expert will contact you when analysis of your returned materials is complete.

Field Repairs Recommended in Certain Situations

Some Garden Light LED products are designed to be field repairable by qualified installers. We will provide the component parts for the products.  Garden Light LED’s goal is to save our valued partners time, cost and labor.
