Outdoor Landscape Lighting Manufacturer Controlled Systems Technology

In order to provide our customers with the widest range of lighting opportunities, Garden Light LED is actively working to ensure our LED luminaires are fully compatible with industry-leading dimming controllers.

Garden Light LED is proud to announce that the following LED luminaires have been tested by Crestron and certified as 100% compatible with Crestron dimming controllers:
Triple LED luminaires:

V3, V2, S2, Single LED luminaires:
MS (Mini Spot), MWL (Mini Well Light), MWW (Mini Wall Washer), S1 (Mini Saturn), and F9020, P1, P10, PL series path lights

Garden Light LED outdoor landscape lighting luminaires exhibit smooth, wide-range dimming on Lutron and Crestron controllers.

Using Garden Light LED Luminaires with Lutron and Crestron Controllers

To ensure your Garden Light LED luminaries can be easily integrated with a Lutron lighting dimmer and Crestron controller, always inform your salesperson that luminaires will be used on a lighting control or light dimming system when placing an order.

While many fixtures are manufactured in foreign countries, Garden Light LED proudly builds all LED products in our Tampa, Florida factory. Garden Light LED fixtures are the product of intense collaboration and are engineered, designed, and assembled in the United States, allowing us to maintain the purity of the Garden Light LED standard.

Sleek and strikingly appealing, Garden Light LED fixtures are easily recognizable in quality and design. Made with our remarkable technology, they are individually handcrafted and machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and C230 solid brass billets. Designed for function, they also feature performance-oriented efficiency and visual sophistication.

In the industry, durability and longevity of the surface coatings and the base material are crucial. We chose 6061aluminum for its high resistance to corrosion and high acceptance of applied coatings such as enamel, anodize, e-coating. In addition, 6061aluminum is highly machinable, making it an excellent choice for computer numerical control (CNC) machining. In fact, 6061 aluminum is widely recognized in the aerospace, supercar manufacturer, military specification, and marine industries for these characteristics. These benefits, combined with aluminum’s naturally high thermal conductivity, make 6061 aluminum a perfect component for high-performance LED lighting fixtures.

For our high-performance line of brass fixtures, C360 brass was a natural choice because of its high thermal conductivity, which is close to that of aluminum, and its excellent ability to resist corrosion. The use of 360 brass ensures that all Garden Light LED fixtures operate within our tight thermal requirements.

CNC stands for “Computer Numerically Controlled” It allows us to “program” the machine using a coordinate system. After which the machine will read and cut out the part. The programs can be simple or very complex our V2 body, for example, is 28 pages of code. The machine cuts the part from a solid bar of material. Often times the machine removes over half of the material to create the part. The CNC machine can work autonomously once setup, in our case we can load bars into the “bar feeder” and it will keep supplying the machine with material until it runs out. By manufacturing in America, we have much better control over quality, demand, and executing changes. By using local suppliers of material, we can guarantee we get the high-quality material that we specify.

Garden Light LED’s drive systems are a landmark along our path of excellence.

To really understand the drive system that harvests and distributes power, we must first understand current (i.e., power distribution) and amperage. Most manufacturers use a constant current of 700mA or .7 amps, but Garden Light LED incorporates many different drive currents to achieve diverse levels of light output.

Our engineers have been continually improving our advanced drive system for years, and Garden Light LED drive systems to yield an unparalleled efficiency rating.

In each fixture, the highly complex powertrain is tucked away tightly, concealing a surprising amount of technology. LED technology components allow for innovations that are not possible with halogen bulbs. Garden Light LED’s fixtures are virtually indestructible and are specifically designed to work in tandem with the driving regimen. Particular optics allow for beam adjustability and a “point” source of light. With proper components and design, LEDs can last hundreds of thousands of hours.

Designed to provide top performance, each Garden Light LED fixture is handcrafted and put through a rigorous, multistep, sequential testing process that allows us to view real-time performance data in a progressive light.
