High Power Casa Color Up/Down Sconces

Set the color correctly for proper heat management.

High Power Casa Color Up/Down Sconce
100% Keep Color Saturation at 100% at all times
for proper heat management.

Lowering Color Saturation mixes the red, green and blue LEDs to create a paler color. This can push the fixture above 50 VA and increase heat.

How to set it

  1. Open the fixture or group’s color controls.
  2. Select your desired color.
  3. Move Color Saturation all the way to the right.
  4. Confirm the value reads 100.0%.
Correct setting

100% Color Saturation

The display reads 100.0%, the required saturation setting for proper heat management.

Correct: Color Saturation set to 100.0%
Incorrect setting

Below 100% Color Saturation

This screenshot shows 31% as an example, but we do not recommend any setting below 100%. Lowering saturation mixes the RGB LEDs, which can push the fixture above 50 VA and increase heat.

Keep Color Saturation at 100% at all times.

Incorrect: Color Saturation set to 31.0%, an example of a setting below 100%

Check Color Saturation—not Dimmer. They are separate controls. A Dimmer reading of 100% does not mean Color Saturation is at 100%.

Recheck Color Saturation after every color change.
